Andrianna Cary, the owner and founder of CAM- HPC and The Savvy Therapist. Please enjoy our blog and our newsletter- OT Passport. Our goal is to keep occupational, physical, and speech therapists savvy by providing educational materials, consultation, and career advisement.

I am an occupational therapist who trained at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. Clinically, I have expertise in pediatric, adult, international, and academic areas of practice. This includes being a feeding specialist, instructor, writer, and program evaluator. I am also a national speaker on professional issues within the workplace including consulting and advocacy. Most recently I presented at the 2021 and 2019 American Occupational Therapy Association Annual conferences. I am also a member of AOTA’s Committee on Continuing Competence and Professional Development.

Since the beginning of my career I have helped occupational therapists, audiologists, speech and language pathologists, and physical therapists achieve their career goals through networking, mentoring, advising, and educating worldwide. Specifically, therapists and parents have successfully implemented my strategies for self-advocacy on the job, contract negotiations, travel therapy, clinical skill development, and transitioning to new areas of practice.
